First Purchase: I ordered a set of earphones for reading. They never worked so I notified Daedalus who couldn’t be bothered to respond or replace so I ended up throwing them away. Full review by Lesley Woodward

Books arrive regularly in damaged boxes, bumped and damaged. Last box was split open and Daedalus customer service said they were "sorry that I was disappointed" and offered no replacements. AVOID th… Full review by Roberta Moudry
