Wakiki Trolley doesn't go pearl harbour way. It is more Waikiki area I think. Honolulu's city bus system does. Their bus system is great, it called The Bus. I'm not sure where the bus …

Wakiki Trolley doesn't go pearl harbour way. It is more Waikiki area I think. Honolulu's city bus system does. Their bus system is great, it called The Bus. I'm not sure where the bus stops are near the cruise ship terminal. I took routes 40 and 42, they run from Waikiki end right to Pearl Harbour and beyond. I'm sure there are other routes too. You can take a cab or Uber also. I'm sure the cruise ship has shuttles. You need to book ahead to go on the Arizona memorial. Google the bus and routes, and Waikiki trolley map. Use google maps, put in your starting location and end point and it will give you options for walking, taking a bus or driving. Its great and tells you which bus and times to take.
