Maryland Gov. Wes Moore and U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen will visit Baltimore's Key Bridge on Wednesday to check on the demolition progress.
Police said the van and body’s condition suggests they had been submerged in the water for years. Investigators found the vehicle was reported missing in 2014. The van had a logo and phone number for Silver Taxi Cab Service of Waldorf on it, according to the Baltimore Banner.
