Duchess Meghan has launched a new podcast, "Confessions of a Female Founder," with an interview with Bumble founder and friend Whitney Wolfe Herd.

Meghan, the wife of Prince Harry, revealed on Tuesday she was diagnosed with postpartum pre-eclampsia after giving birth to one of her children, a medical condition she described as rare and scary.

With ambitions to build As ever for the long-term, Meghan says she has been surrounding herself “with a lot of strong women.” When hiring and building out her team as a founder, she prioritizes shared values above all else but warns other entrepreneurs not to fall into the trap of thinking shared values mean constant agreement.
