The raid at the Home Depot at 6400 Alondra Blvd., drew crowds that turned over shopping carts and other objects in the street, while federal authorities in riot gear stood by.

Clashes between immigration authorities and protesters continued for a second day Saturday, this time in Paramount. Border patrol agents used tear gas cannisters to disperse crowds, while protesters threw rocks at their vehicles.

Rep. Nanette Barragán, who represents the area in Congress, said ICE was now bringing “their terror tactics and masked agents” to Paramount.
