Ryan Coogler Admits at Golden Globes to Not Knowing if People “Would Show Up” to See ‘Sinners’
The filmmaker joined producers Zinzi Coogler and Sev Ohanian in accepting the award for cinematic and box office achievement for Warner Bros.' vampire feature.
Coogler is a collaborator and likes to work with the same group of people on his wide-ranging films. He and actor Michael B. Jordan have done numerous films together, among them 2013’s “Fruitvale Station”, 2015’s “Creed”, 2018’s “Black Panther”, 2022’s “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” and now 2025’s “Sinners.”
“Sinners” actress Wunmi Mosaku revealed how the cast bonded on set while walking the red carpet at the 2026 Golden Globes on Sunday night. “We did game nights. We did dinners. We were in each other’s trailers, playing Uno and Spades,” Mosaku, 39, told The Post.
