After playing a pivotal role in the Browns' victory over the Steelers, cornerback Denzel Ward had to send a savage message of his own.

Ward shut down three straight late targets as the Browns beat Pittsburgh 13–6 and played spoiler in the AFC North race.

The Pittsburgh Steelers had a chance to clinch the AFC North on Sunday against the lowly Cleveland Browns. They blew it, losing 13-6.

With the game on the line, Rodgers targeted Marquez Valdes-Scantling on three consecutive plays, all of which fell incomplete in the end zone. This led to a turnover on downs and the Browns were able to kneel out the win.

BEREA, Ohio -- Denzel Ward and David Njoku were among the six Browns players ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Bills. Ward has missed practice all week with his calf injury, and Njoku has been idle all week with his knee injury. Both players sat out last week’s 31-3 loss to the Bears.
