Liam Payne was seen “passed out” in the lobby of his Buenos Aires hotel shortly before he died, according to an eyewitness interviewed for a new “Nightline” documentary special.

Another hotel guest also came forward and alleged that she was one of the last people to speak with Payne and saw his “disturbing” behavior in the lobby.

Three of the six candidates were transparent. The other three — Austin Arthur, Linda Stewart and Steve Leary, the ones who secured the hotel lobby’s endorsement — didn’t respond.
