Luka Doncic is officially a member of the Los Angeles Lakers. The Lakers pulled off what many spectators considered a grand heist by acquiring Doncic from the Dallas Mavericks. They sent Anthony Davis back in a three-team deal for the 25-year-old superstar.

As for when Luka Doncic will officially wear the Lakers jersey in a game, there are expectations that he could suit up by Saturday against the Indiana Pacers or on Monday against the Utah Jazz. Regardless of when he makes his Lakers debut, though, L.A. fans sure look ecstatic to have him on their side.

In exchange for Anthony Davis, Max Christie, and a 2029 first-round pick, the Lakers acquired Luka Dončić, Maxi Kleber, and Markieff Morris from the Dallas Mavericks.
