AN angry mob demanding the release for instant justice of two people suspected to have set 12 houses ablaze at the weekend ran amok, destroying a police post and office furniture in Mbala.

FORMER Mbala district administrator Kennedy Simbeya who was fined K3.5 million after he admitted defiling a 15- year-old girl last week has been arrested and charged with indecent assault.
