Quavo and Offset kicked off their BET number with a performance of "Hotel Lobby," grooving together onstage before an enlarged image of Takeoff was revealed on the screen behind them.

As previously reported by The Root, the “Hotel Lobby” rapper was shot and killed outside a bowling alley in Houston back in November 2022. He was 28-years-old.

“Hotel Lobby” comes off Quavo and Takeoff ‘s 2022 LP Only Built for Infinity Links. When the track was released last May, the pair’s Migos bandmate Offset was notably absent.
