Rochester Memorial School is offering support services and counseling after an 11-year-old student was killed in an avalanche while on a family ski vacation.

A girl from Rochester, Massachusetts, has been identified as a victim who passed away following an avalanche at a Utah ski resort.

"We offer our sincere condolences to the student's family, friends, classmates, and teachers during this unimaginable time," the superintendent said.
