SQL lets you use one command to quickly create a new table containing a subset of records from a larger table while working in Access. Sound complicated? It's not, as Mary Ann Richardson shows us.

The statements use a SQL string varchar data type, then you execute the command. Even though the SQL value is a string, SQL Server executes the string as if it is SQL code.
