Westhill broke open the game with a 7-0 run to close the first quarter and controlled the game throughout most of the final three quarters.

Westhill boys basketball holds onto its 25-0 season with a 64-35 semifinal win over Maine-Endwell to advance to the NYSPHSAA Class A championship.
