Moisture from Sara’s remnants will move into the Gulf of Mexico early next week and be pushed toward Florida, which can expect to see rain but no tropical conditions, according to the forecast on Friday morning. Hurricane season runs through Nov. 30.

Tropical Storm Sara is expected to dissipate over or near Mexico's Yucantan Peninsula early next week, eliminating the tropical threat to the U.S. Gulf Coast or Florida, according to the FOX 35 Storm Team and the National Hurricane Center.

A newly formed depression in the Caribbean could enter the Gulf of Mexico as Tropical Sara next week, potentially reducing the chances it could pose a threat to Florida later in the week.
