NBC has pulled this week’s episode of “Law & Order: SVU” after an arrest warrant was issued for one of its guest stars following child abuse allegations. Emmy Award-winning actor Timothy Busfield was set to appear in this Thursday’s episode, which is titled “Corrosive.”
Special Victims Unit fans will see a lot more of Detective Jake Griffin as Corey Cott is promoted to series regular.
NBC is airing consecutive “Law & Order” and “Law & Order: SVU” episodes in a two-hour crossover event beginning Thursday, January 8 at 8 p.m. ET.
