Steph Curry, his wife Ayesha and longtime Davidson supporters Don, Matt and Erica Berman are creating an eight-figure fund to support the college’s men’s and women’s basketball teams.

Golden State Warriors star Steven Curry recently accepted a role with Davidson College, where Curry went to college. The position is as an assistant general manager for the basketball program, which makes Curry the first active player in United States major professional sports to take an administrative job with an NCAA team.

If being an NBA superstar wasn’t enough, Stephen Curry is now taking on a second job as he has accepted a basketball assistant general manager role with his alma mater Davidson College. The school announced Monday morning that it will be bringing the Warriors star on to provide guidance to the men’s and women’s hoops programs and assist in NIL funding.
