The New York Rangers are shaking up their roster ahead of Thursday night’s matchup against the New Jersey Devils. Among the changes, 23-year-old forward Arthur Kaliyev is set to make his Rangers debut after being claimed off waivers from the Los Angeles Kings on Sunday.
