Barry Morphew will appear in court on Tuesday afternoon in Alamosa, Colorado, after he was charged a second time with murder in the death of his wife, Suzanne Morphew.

A grand jury indicted Barry Morphew on a single count of first-degree murder in the death of his wife, 49-year-old Suzanne Morphew.

Morphew’s brief appearance in Alamosa marked the beginning of a do-over of the high-profile, made-for-true-crime murder case of his wife Suzanne.
