Miami Heat center Bam Adebayo told reporters that he wasn't "shocked" Golden State Warriors forward Jimmy Butler didn't acknowledge his ex-teammates upon his return to Miami last Tuesday. “I’m not shocked. It is what it is,” Adebayo said, per Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald.

Even before the game, there were no signs of communication and after the game was over, Butler went straight to the locker room. When Adebayo was asked about the lack of a reunion, Adebayo would say that he was “not shocked” and that he does not “take it personal” according to Anthony Chiang of The Miami Herald.

Butler was worthy of the hype. Not only because of how he put the Heat on his back on epic postseason runs, establishing himself as one of the league’s prominent figures. But because he delivers the drama along with his dominance. Because he understands moments and how to manufacture spectacle, especially when he feels disrespected.
