Hurricane Helene pushed four feet of storm surge into the restaurant. Months of renovation followed, and they just reopened five weeks ago. But now this fire has them closed down again.
The blaze burned through the kitchen area but was contained to just that part of the restaurant, officials said.
The Brian’s Place restaurant in Hernando Beach will be closed until repairs are completed after catching fire Tuesday morning.
