The winner of FIFA’s first 32-team Club World Cup in the United States could earn $125 million as details of a $1 billion prize money fund were finally published Wednesday. FIFA said it allocated $525 million in guaranteed fees for teams taking part in the June 14-July 13 tournament,

“The agreement to hold the exclusive global broadcast rights to the Fifa Club World Cup 2025 marks the start of a broader partnership between DAZN and Fifa. This includes integrating Fifa+, Fifa’s library of iconic football moments and full-match replays, as well as live fixtures, into the DAZN platform.”

As part of a recently announced $1bn prize pot, football’s governing body offers largest winner’s cheque for FIFA event.
