A woman was hospitalized in Boston after she was stung by a scorpion while gathering her luggage at the airport.

“At approximately 7:30 p.m., a 40-year-old female was stung by a scorpion while retrieving luggage in the baggage claim area of customs,” police said in a statement. “The female party was transported to an area hospital for treatment.”
