A collaboration between Blur and Oasis was once unthinkable. The two bands were rivals during the heyday of Britpop. The feud came to a head on Aug. 14, 1995, when Blur's "Country House" clashed with Oasis's "Roll With It" on the U.K. charts. Blur sold more copies, 274k vs. 216k, though Oasis would surpass Blur commercially in the following years.
