SEATTLE — The suspect in a shooting at the Seattle waterfront that went viral pleaded not guilty on Monday morning.

A white man pulled out a gun and shot a Black busker after accusing him of falsely representing service in the military.

Gregory Timm is accused of shooting Harold Powell Sr., a disabled veteran, on July 31, out front of the Starbucks at Pier 55.

Gregory Timm appeared in court this morning, pleading not guilty to felony assault charges in connection with a shooting on Seattle's waterfront.
