If you’re on the market for a Kindle, Fire TV device or Echo speaker, Amazon Prime Day is basically Black Friday for you. Prime Day deals on those devices are typically the same (or very close to) the prices we see at the end of the year near the holidays.

While there are plenty of e-book readers on the market, the Kindle Scribe borders on the territory of some full-blown tablets. It offers the ability to write directly on book pages, so you can take notes while reading through textbooks or make annotations when reading your favorite novels.

Amazon Prime Day doesn't start until midnight tonight, but early deals on Amazon devices have already arrived. Although not every Kindle is on sale just yet (more deals start tomorrow), the two most expensive e-reader models have gotten some pretty significant discounts.
