The six people on board the Mexico-bound medical jet include a girl who had received life-saving treatment at a Philly children's hospital, her mother, a pilot, copilot, doctor and paramedic.

The Learjet 55 departed from Northeast Philadelphia Airport just after 6 p.m. and crashed moments later near the mall, flight logs show.

The plane's black box was recovered Sunday in an 8-foot deep crater made by the impact at the crash site on Cottman Avenue.
