The Pima County Sheriff's Department is advising residents of a closure on Gates Pass Road as deputies investigate a single-vehicle crash on Wednesday.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department confirmed with KOLD’s Valerie Cavazos that black gloves were found in the neighborhood. The department said the gloves are being tested for DNA, but did not say what kind of gloves they are. Some media was on scene when a glove was discovered.

Oro Valley Police officials have confirmed members of the regional SWAT team and bomb squads have been activated for a mission with the Pima County Sheriff's Department as the point of contact.

The FBI and the Pima County Sheriff's Department area "aware of a new message regarding Nancy Guthrie," the sheriff's office said Friday.
