Employees and physicians affiliated with Osprey PolyClinic are mourning the deaths of two of their founders, Anatoly “Tony” Ioffe and his wife Florita Stolyar, who were victims of a Feb. 10 mass shooting that claimed the lives of five people in Sarasota and two in Fort Lauderdale.
