LAS CRUCES – A grand jury on Tuesday indicted four accused gunmen in the fatal March 21 shooting in Young Park.

Tomas Rivas, charged in the fatal mass shooting at Young Park in Las Cruces, was granted a continuance by Judge Douglas R.
