Once again, the Carolina Hurricanes fell behind 2-0 in the first period but they were able to get things going in the second as they defeated the Chicago Blackhawks, 4-3 in overtime on Monday night in the windy city.

Jaccob Slavin (1g, 4a) has points in three consecutive games. Seth Jarvis (3g), Jordan Martinook (3a), Jordan Staal (1g, 1a) and Dmitry Orlov (2a) have points in back-to-back games.

The Stars will look to win their second straight game on home ice and continue their climb up the Central Division standings.
