“Yordan Alvarez is swinging again. Chas McCormick has been reinstated from the IL and Kenedy Corona was optioned. Spencer Arrightetti and Cristian Javier headed to Double-A Corpus Christi this week.

Javier threw three innings and 46 pitches in the outing. Spencer Arrighetti is also set to join Double-A Corpus Christi this week to begin a rehab assignment in his return from a right thumb fracture.
