The Supreme Court told the Trump administration to seek the return of a migrant who officials mistakenly sent to a Salvadoran prison, rebuffing government claims that it didn’t need to remedy its error.
The Trump administration argues that Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a member of the notorious MS-13 gang. The El Salvador native denies that claim.
