The U.S. Supreme Court said Thursday that the Trump administration must facilitate the return of a Maryland man mistakenly deported to El Salvador.

The Supreme Court has ordered the Federal Government to facilitate the return of Salvadoran national Kilmar Abrego Garcia, of Maryland, back to the United States after he was unlawfully deported.

The Trump administration argues that Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a member of the notorious MS-13 gang. The El Salvador native denies that claim.
