The body was found at the cemetery Tuesday morning, hours after a fight took place along Paxton Street the night before, the DA's office said.

The investigation started Jan. 23 when deputies found David Parnell Jr., 30, dead in his bedroom in the 53000 block of Crossover Road.

A homicide investigation is underway after a person was found dead in the bedroom of an Independence area home.
