Hurricane Erin strengthened back to a Category 4 storm after weakening slightly, with the National Hurricane Center reporting maximum sustained winds of 130 mph.
An Atlantic disturbance now has a 50 percent chance of cyclone formation, according to the National Hurricane Center.
