Officials with the University of Medical Center have identified victims killed in Monday afternoon's medical helicopter crash.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office provided more updates to the fatal crash on Highway 275. Deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash two miles east of Meadow Grove around 7:30 a.m. The sheriff’s said a male victim who was driving an SUV was pronounced dead at the scene.

It was reported around 12:30 p.m. Monday near Highway 43 and the Natchez Trace Parkway. The crash was in a heavily wooded area south of the Trace and north of Pipeline Road.
