35-year-old Juan Abreu-Reyes was arrested and taken to the Marion County jail after deputies caught him siphoning diesel fuel into a minivan at the Racetrac gas station on College Road in Ocala.
Deputies in the Marion County Sheriff’s Office aviation unit found Vargas running through a field after he was accused of stealing the gun.
