Photos and videos capture the aftermath of severe rain that resulted in major flash floods in Milwaukee over the weekend. The record rainfall, which occurred on Aug. 9 into Aug. 10, produced the floods that led to widespread power outages, submerged cars, water rescues, and massive property damage.

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for parts of Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, and Waukesha counties. Up to 8 inches of rain has already fallen since last night, with more on the way.
