The 20-year-old Florida State University student accused of opening fire on campus nearly a month ago is scheduled to make his first appearance in court on Tuesday at 11 a.m., according to court documents.
Phoenix Ikner, the alleged gunman in the April 17 mass shooting at FSU, appeared in court Tuesday, May 13, for the first time after the tragedy.
Phoenix Ikner is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and seven counts of attempted first degree murder.
