Feb 15, 2007 · DAL Bases are: ATL CVG LAX NYC (EWR/JFK/LGA) SLC My understanding is that there are pilot positions for all aircraft at every base, with the following exceptions: 777 - Only ATL and NYC MD90 - Only SLC (Formerly DFW) Delta used to have pilot bases in BOS, MCO, DFW.....they've consolidated in recent years.

Mar 21, 2002 · The most junior bases (seniority to get off of reserve) seems to be BOS, ATL (3-4 years), FLL (3 years), CVG ( 4-5 years). MCO used to be junior, but with the Express cutbacks has spiked to 13 years of seniority before getting off of reserve. MSY is at about 4-5 years, DFW 5-7 years, LAX and SLC I think is at 9-10 years. Oct 5, 2007 · Yeah, that's Delta's TOC (Technical Operations Center). That place is huge - it has multiple bays for all levels (periodic to heavy) maintenance, plus painting, spares, engine servicing, etc. Beyond that, Delta's TechOps division also has other maintenance bases throughout the U.S., including in Boston, Cincinnati, Los Angeles and Salt Lake City.
