No Heat 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 6.4 Resolved and Wanted to Share
Nov 24, 2024 · 2016 Ram 2500 6.4 L 100k Miles Started to notice a lack of heat on the driver's side which is typically a sign of a failing heater core. Verified airflow and blend door actuator function. Tested heater core hoses at the dash with little return flow via an infrared thermometer. I decided to backflush with water.
Successfully did a DPF regen on 2022 with 6.7 diesel. Wahoo!
Oct 30, 2024 · I got a lot of help from this forum - thank you all - so I've created an account and am posting this to give back. My vehicle is a 2022 RAM 2500 with the 6.7 Cummins Diesel. Like everyone who owns this truck, I seemed to get the dreaded "exhaust system regenerating, continue driving" message just as I pull into the parking lot at work.

(I would never have purchased a diesel truck since it would be my daily short driver and only occasionally pull a trailer.) The Ram is wider by 159mm or 6.3 inches, longer by 906 mm or 35.7 inches and TC of 980mm or 38.6 inches.

May 30, 2022 · Just bought a 19 2500 6.7 (at the Dodge dealer now getting the recalled HPFP, thankful for the recall) and the Launch worked somewhat ok pulling codes but it never would go to a specific module, just set there with the little blue arrow doing circles.
