Homemade Cereal Series: Alphabet Cheerios. A toasted oat cereal has been a tricky one to make at home, but using a silocon mold makes it totally doable. Alphabet Cheerios 2/3 cup (67g) oat flour (if grinding your own, measure after grinding) 1 Tbsp. (14g) packed brown sugar 1/4 tsp. (1.4g) baking powder 1/4 tsp.
