Curiosity got the better of me. 🫣 These are lithops, also called “living stones.” They are such cool plants!! They replace themselves by growing a new plant inside the old one, slowly absorbing the outer leaves as part of their normal growth cycle. This was one of those moments where the intrusive thoughts won, not exactly a care tip I’d recommend!
