When testing your Hulda Clark Zapper on a multimeter you must set your multimeter to test DC VOLTS (not AC). Each multimeter has different settings. Look for a “V” with one dotted and one solid over it = DC voltage. The “V” with a wavy line over it = AC voltage. The #huldaclarkzapper has a 50% duty cycle.
