Newly-released video shows an October road rage incident in Miami that led to an arrest. Authorities said Rocio Carrasco, 34, of Davenport, began assaulting another driver after a minor wreck near Coral Way. The incident happened on Oct. 18 at Southwest 22nd Terrace and 32nd Avenue.
