Day 2 of cooking with no oils or sea salt. Since I literally cook most of my food using added oils like grapeseed, avocado or sesame and I use sea salt for everything, I’m taking a break from them. Fruits and veggies have natural sodium. Nuts, seeds and some fruits contain natural oils. So far so good!
