We now have a Thurston County Commissioner, Emily Clouse, showing up to a TC SWAT call to film. SWAT is deployed only in the most dangerous situations, where there is a real threat of violence. An elected official inserting themselves into an active SWAT operation is reckless and puts public and officer safety at risk.
