Seville Orange Marmalade with Gin recipe 🍊 Homemade Seville orange marmalade is the perfect topping for warm, buttery toast and made even better with Seville marmalade gin! Seasonal Seville Oranges are back in store for £2.50/kg while stocks last. Ingredients: 500g Seville oranges 1 lemon, juice only 500g jam sugar 2tbsp Chase Seville Marmalade Gin (optional) Method: 1. Place the Seville oranges into a saucepan. Cover with water and bring to the boil with a lid on the pan. Boil for 1.5 hours. (

🍇 Homemade Damson Jam ✨ Makes ~6 jars Ingredients: 1.5 kg damsons (whole, washed) 1.5 kg sugar 300 ml water (Optional) knob of butter Method: 1️⃣ Put whole damsons water in a large pan. Simmer 20–30 mins until soft and skins split. 2️⃣ Add sugar, stir to dissolve.
