Harvesting fall fennel 💚✨ One of our favorite crops to grow for autumn markets, fennel added color, fragrance, and freshness as the summer heat faded. 🌿 We loved how the bulbs grew perfectly in the cool weather, they looked beautiful at the stand, and the flavor was sweet, crisp, and slightly licorice-like. 🌱 Fennel thrived in our fall beds and filled the stand after summer crops wrapped up, giving customers something fresh, flavorful, and unique late in the season. 🍂 We’re currently writing
